These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") constitute an agreement between the user and CONNECTMED (Pty) Ltd ("CONNECTMEDPLUS," "we," or "us"), the operator of connectmedplus.com (the "Site/App").

The services offered from time-to-time are collectively referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the "Services". We reserve the right to amend the scope of the Services at any time.

By using the Site and/or any of our Services, the user signifies agreement to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If the user is registering an account or using the Site on behalf of an individual or entity other than themselves, they represent that they are authorized by such individual or entity to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.

1. Warranties

The Site and Services are offered 'as is,' without warranties. Therefore, utilization of the Site and Services is solely at own risk.

2. Information Obtained

Any information obtained from or via Connectmedplus, whether on the Site or otherwise, serves informational and/or scheduling purposes exclusively. It does not establish a medical professional/patient relationship, nor does it constitute an opinion, medical advice, or diagnosis or treatment for any specific condition. Instead, it is provided to aid in connecting the user with other Medical Professionals.

3. Background checks/ Endorsement

Connectmedplus will compile lists of Medical Professionals or other healthcare providers (“Providers”) based on information provided to Connectmedplus, including the user's geographical location and other relevant criteria such as Provider availability and past selections by the user or other Connectmedplus users.

The user is responsible for selecting their own Provider. Connectmedplus does not endorse or recommend any Provider, and Connectmedplus does not make representations or warranties regarding Providers or the quality of healthcare services they offer. Connectmedplus does not suggest that any Provider is suitable or effective for any specific individual or condition.

Please note that Providers must upload their credentials, certificates, and practitioner cards for verification before being listed on our platform

4. Guarantees

While Connectmedplus strives to ensure a smooth interaction with Medical Professionals or Providers, we acknowledge that their availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Connectmedplus shall not be held liable for cancelled or unfulfilled appointments or any resulting injuries. Connectmedplus’ commitment remains to exercise due diligence in facilitating the user's medical services by checking accreditations and qualifications where applicable

5. User responsibilities

The user is responsible for all use of the Site and for all use of their login details, including use by others to whom they have given their login details. The user may use the Site and the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes only. The user may not use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair Connectmedplus’ servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site or the Services. The user may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Services, user accounts, or computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining, or any other means. Without limiting any of the foregoing, the user agrees that they shall not (and they agree not to allow any third party to):

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any portion of the Site, its content or materials, and/or the Services;

• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained in or on the Site and/or the Services or in or on any content or other material obtained via the Site and/or the Services;

• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated device, process, or means to access, retrieve, or index any portion of the Site and/or the Services;

• Access, retrieve, or index any portion of the Site and/or the Services for purposes of constructing or populating a searchable database of reviews related to the healthcare industry or Providers;

• Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the Site and/or the Services;

• Schedule the services of a Medical Professional/Provider which the user has no intention of keeping;

• Create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;

• Collect or store personal data about other users of the Site; or

• Use any means, including software means, to conduct web scraping of any portion of the Site, its content or materials, and/or the Services.

The user may not use contact information provided by other users or collaborating Providers for the purpose of sending, or to facilitate the sending of, unsolicited communications.

In addition to Connectmedplus’ rights in these Terms and Conditions, Connectmedplus may take any legal action and implement any technical remedies to prevent the violation of this provision and to enforce these Terms and Conditions

6. Terms and Conditions amendments

Connectmedplus reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and will publish the revised agreement on the Site; Connectmedplus may also attempt to notify the user through other means. The user's continued use of the Site and/or the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, including any modifications, please refrain from using the Site..

The Site may contain links to other websites, including links provided as automated search results. These links are provided for the user’s convenience only and do not imply endorsement of these sites or the products and services they offer by Connectmedplus. The user acknowledges and agrees that Connectmedplus is not responsible or liable for the content or accuracy of these other sites.
